Mokaram has worked in Amazon operations since 2018 and in e-commerce since 2015. Across direct, Upwork, and agency engagements, he has supported 100+ sellers, including 15+ six-figure sellers and multiple seven-figure Amazon brands.
Mokaram studied Mechanical Engineering, completing both a Diploma and a BSc. He also completed a three-month railway internship, which gave him early exposure to process-driven work, documentation, and operational discipline.
Mokaram built Qubeq’s systems, SOPs, and quality standards. He sets the bar for every engagement and stays involved in strategy and oversight. Every operations lead on the team is trained to deliver at the same standard.
As the team grows, that standard remains the operating rule: structured work, clear communication, and accountability that does not disappear after the sale.
